Product returns

Herbaty GABA to efekt udanego herbacianego eksperymentu. Powstały w latach 80. w Japonii i zostały zaprojektowane tak, by w procesie obróbki naturalnie wytworzyć jak największą ilość kwasu gamma-aminomasłowego (GABA), który wykazuje dobroczynny wpływ na ludzki układ nerwowy. Nieco później okazało się, że tajwańskie oolongi wytwarzane w ten sposób smakują naprawdę wybornie. Przyjemny skutek uboczny, prawda?
Cały trik polega na wstępnej obróbce beztlenowej (anaerobic) świeżo zebranych liści, a dalsza część produkcji przebiega już standardowo. Oferowany przez nas GABA Oolong to średnio utleniana i delikatnie prażona herbata, przez co zachowała bardzo dużo swojej naturalnej słodyczy. Można tu odnaleźć słodycz arbuza, truskawek i owoców leśnych, ale i syrop klonowy czy miód lipowy. Nie bez powodu oolongi te stały się niesamowicie popularne w ostatnich latach i już spieszymy oznajmić, że w przyszłości możecie się u nas spodziewać kolejnych herbat w tym stylu!
