Good Good is responsible for the lack of conformity of the goods with the contract existing at the time of its delivery and revealed within 2 years from now on, in accordance with the provisions of the Consumer Rights Act of May 30, 2014.

If you believe that the goods you have purchased are inconsistent with the contract / defective, you may submit a complaint in accordance with the relevant legal provisions.

To make a complaint:

1. Complete the complaint form and pack it into a package together with the advertised goods. You can download the form HERE. If you do not have a printer or do not want to use our form, please prepare your own description of the complaint. However, we encourage you to use the form we have prepared, which will make it much easier for you to file a complaint.

2. Send the parcel . Send the complaint yourself to the address of our customer service: Good Good store, ul. Piłsudskiego 52, 50-033 Wrocław with the note "Complaint e-sklep good-good.pl".

Please do not send us parcels with the "cash on delivery" option - we are not technically able to collect such a parcel.

3. Wait to consider the complaint

Complaints are considered no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the complained product. If the complaint is deemed justified, we will fulfill the complaint in accordance with applicable law. If you want to check whether your parcel has safely reached our customer service, you can do it on the website of the carrier through which you sent the parcel.
